Warren Vance

Warren Vance graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne, in 1985. In 1987 he completed a two-year studio residency at Gertrude Contemporary Art Space, after which he relocated to Adelaide.

Since 1992 Vance has held 18 solo exhibitions in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, including the group show ‘Snap Freeze’ at TarraWarra Museum of Art, Victoria. Vance has been the recipient of Australia Council and Arts SA grants including a three month residential studio at The Gunnery, Sydney. His work features in a number of private collections and a number of his works are held by the Art Gallery of South Australia.
