Artist Statement

My artistic practice is an ongoing enquiry into the metaphysical body; in particular explore the notions of sublimation, transience, consciousness and mortality.
In its essence, endeavor to articulate these concerns through association of the body, as the “external” presence and intrinsic connection with the “internal” being; in situate a finite existence against the infinite, I find myself constantly negotiating the contradiction, polarities as ongoing reconciliation between what is the seen and unseen, in expressing the ineffable, as reflective dialogue of the transient human conditions.
