Hayley has been taking photographs for five years now,
beginning at Swinburne tech and pursuing her interests as far as Stockholm and the U.K.
She has been printed in many catalogues & magazines both nationally and internationally, along with numerous shows in Melbourne & Long Beach, California (most recent).
Her prints are all C-Type, hand printed in a small darkroom
beneath her flat.
She believes, as Frank Horvat once said, that “the art of photography is not pressing the button”.
She is interested in images as objects, rather than photographs and pursues the concepts of womanhood and growling night time landscapes in a painterly format.
