Community arts space - THE PLAY SPACE - warehouse comes to an abrupt end due to the joy of commercial development. As such, a group of Brunswick artists are left with only one month before the premises is to be vacated! So, Voyeur will be part live arts event and part celebration, with community creatives’ coming together to jam, play, experiment and celebrate in this amazing space.
Le Songe presents THE PLAY SPACE final creative celebration
Melbourne based installation arts company, Le Songe presents Voyeur, a collaboration of hand picked local artists from various mediums, thrown into one big warehouse under the direction of Le Songe Director, Simone Pileggi.
Voyeur will be a place where the beautiful and bizarre entwine with dreamscapes of the surreal, to create an installation overload and celebration of the creative process of performance and visual arts.
Voyeur will be a night of ethereal and kooky Installations and Roving, Video Art, Sound Art, Live Painting and photo shoots, tattooing, head shaving, Swinging TVs, Boy Girls, French Clowns, and Orifice Art.
Featuring artists After White, Femme Fantasque, colby, Josh Weeks and more, all of whom will be working together for the first time, experimenting and volunteering their time to create this behind the scenes exhibition, that which is Voyeur.
