Kevin White

Kevin White trained for five years in Japan under the expert tutelage of Mr. Satoshi Sato and the late Professor Yutaka Kondo. He has been exhibiting successfully since 1980, and is currently Associate Professor, School of Art and Culture at RMIT University, Coordinator of Ceramics and Glass. White’s porcelain pieces combine the pottery traditions of Japan with his own distinctive signature style. The delicate blue brushwork provides an interesting counterpoint to the larger slabs of colour creating his striking and unique style.
