Small Worlds presents different perspectives of a child's world. It also explores and presents different worlds assembled from small objects from the NGV Collection. These intriguing and fun mini-worlds include a teapot in the guise of Flinders Street Station, a selection of wheeled toys and engaging figurines.
Artist Anna Hoyle’s responses to these thematic assemblages animate the space which, together with a range of creative hands-on and multimedia activities, will complement and extend children’s learning and understanding about their world and that of other cultures and times
