Malcolm Le Grice - The Image of Time

Film, video, and expanded-cinema performance by pioneering British artist Malcolm Le Grice. Over two nights, Le Grice presents key works dating from the 1960s until now, including his legendary 1970 multi-projector work Berlin Horse, a collaboration with Brian Eno.

Prints courtesy National Film and Sound Archive, Canberra, and Lux, London. A joint project with OtherFilm, New Zealand Film Archive, and Screen Queensland for St. George Bank Brisbane International Film Festival (4–14 November).

My interest is in creating experiences rather than concepts. Ideas emerge from sensation from colour, image, sound, movement, and time.—Malcolm Le Grice
