NEW YORK CITY IS YOURS ...if you want it. Artists, this is your moment to exhibit your work in the Capital of the World! This is your chance at a 3-month live/work New York City residency, a $5,000 cash grant and access to the resources to help you create a body of work that is larger than the city itself, to show in your very own solo exhibit.
Your deadline for the $1,000 Early Entry Award is November 30, 2010 11:59pm EST . Final Deadline December 17.

The Open Call series is brought to you by 3rd Ward, a member-based art and design center for creative professionals and enthusiasts in New York City. 3rd Ward is committed to providing unparalleled resources, opportunities and a talented and supportive creative network to their members and the community-at-large. The space houses multiple photo studios, a professional wood & metal shop, a fully loaded digital media lab, a jewelry studio, shared & private work space and over 150 interdisciplinary classes.
