The Hmm... Handmade Music Festival

Presenting talks, skill sharing workshops, performances and installations across three venues over three jam-packed weeks, Hmm… will showcase unconventional and surprising sound makers from circuit bent toys, handcrafted acoustic stringed speakers, fruit-controlled synthesisers, through to electric pump organs.

Throughout August Hmm… will visit Melbourne contemporary art and performance spaces BUS Projects, KIPL and West Space, and feature installations and performances from some of the most exciting instrument builders and artists in Australia.
