The Café

Examining our enduring fascination with the culture of café as well as exploding the architecture of the traditional gallery, the SHOWstudio Shop has transformed our space into an actual coffee shop for the duration of the exhibition. By then also including artworks that intrinsically take up the subject of the café at their core, we set out to both present a slice of history as well as examine coffee culture today.
