Zoe & Joshua Ellenberg

Landscapes have always been a dominant 
subject matter in Zoe’s works. 
From her own garden oasis in Melbourne 
to the Tropical palettes of Indonesia and the Pacific to the more subdued European expansion. Large in scale, 
these works are a colourful blasting vision. Splashes of 
water colour and morphing of mixed media combine with 
sweeping arcs of black enamel are evident in this current 
new series. Zoe will also be showing a select range of her
figurative bronze sculptures. 
  Zoe Ellenberg will be exhibiting side byside with her 
brother,  Joshua Ellenberg. 
 Joshua Ellenberg’s work contains remarkable detail. 
Flowing black ink and detailedrenderings bring Joshua’s meca organic creatures and landscapes to life.
These black andwhites images are bold, powerful and 
emotive. The fine crosshatching against ivory paper 
creates a sense of meditation and calm but 
also evokes a sense of the surreal.
