Many Australians consider sustainability when making lifestyle choices, however the process of applying these values to fashion is made difficult by the depth and complexity of information.

While consumers and designers are united in their aspirations for a more sustainable future, there remains a gap in consumer understanding, and eco-conscious designers are faced with considerable challenges in realising their designs.
