Basheer Graphic Books

Basheer Graphic Books has been around longer than quite a few international advertising agencies.

In the beginning, it was strictly a a one-man show, with Basheer playing his books by hand to his customers. (This in part explains the sheer size of his biceps, before the Planet Fitness craze.) Always a welcomed sight, a source of inspiration, a wealth of magazines and gift ideas and sometimes even a channel of the latest development), Basheer soon had an office in Magazine Road. (The choice of street name is entirely coincidental.)

However, like most thins around the Central Mall areas, the shop soon disappeared; although in Basheer’s case, it was beacause he had moved on to Brash Basah Complex, Singapore. But the tradition of the itinerant book supplier still continues. A respected friend of many professionals, it’s no surprise that the demand for Basheer’s books has grown. Today, Basheer Graphic Books is a leading supplier of books to Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong. If you don’t see the man at his shop, it’s probably because he’s away at another Book Fair, getting the latest books for you.
