Departure Gallery

Departure is a new London-based contemporary art gallery exhibiting in temporary and permanent spaces in London and throughout the UK. Our mission is to work with landlords to reclaim empty urban space for art and to provide a unique architectural platform for exhibitions and projects. Departure Gallery’s 2010 programme will focus on showcasing painting, sculpture and mixed media work by exceptional emerging contemporary artists.

Getting There: Take national rail from Paddington to Southall (12mins), then buses 105, 195, H32 or 482 to Brent Road (5mins). Cross over and walk down Brent Road until you see the estate entrance. Ask the security guards in the cabin to direct you to warehouse 7 Trident Way. Trains and buses run regularly until midnight. On the private view night there will be a free taxi shuttle from Southall Station, Merrick Road (follow signs as you exit the station).
