Galerie Vee was developed by Vanessa Lee Taub whose passion for the medium of glass led her on a journey of learning and discovery. She invites you to join her on this journey.

Born in South Africa, Vanessa has been living and working in Hong Kong since 1991. During this time, she has grown a deep understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture.

Vanessa Lee Taub, an innovator in her role in the Contemporary Chinese Glass Sculpture Movement, has an exceptional eye for excellence, profundity and an artist’s character, essential ingredients for the unearthing of important emerging artists.

Her perseverance in seeking out interesting and promising glass sculptors in China started in the early part of 2003 and led to the establishment of Galerie Vee.
