No Vacancy Gallery

May 23rd 2008 saw the launch of new Melbourne city gallery No Vacancy. The gallery is the link between artist run and commercial art so far not established in Melbourne.

The opening night featured 10 of Melbourne’s best artists and illustrators setting a standard to follow in the future.

No Vacancy will concentrate not only on offering artists a prime location and platform to showcase their work, but during the course of the year exhibitions will be accompanied by artist run education programs and workshops.

No Vacancy aims to raise the quality of gallery for local and international artists exhibiting their work in Melbourne.
