The Incinerator Arts Complex is a dynamic and innovative multi-art venue located at 180 Holmes Road, Moonee Ponds. The magnificent Essendon Incinerator (later the Incinerator Theatre) was designed by Walter Burley Griffin and built in 1929.
In recent years it has undergone substantial restoration and renovation. It reopened in 2004 as the Incinerator Arts Complex, and is a significant cultural facility of the City of Moonee Valley.
