Warwick Art Gallery
Warwick Art Gallery is an accredited local government-funded public gallery, and is a member of Queensland’s regional gallery network and Museums Australia.
The 2002 refurbishment of Warwick Art Gallery with funding from the Millennium Arts Regional Program increased the Gallery’s capacity to deliver a range of community programs. The Gallery’s facilities support an exhibitions program that includes a mix of touring exhibitions and locally-generated exhibitions.
The Warwick Art Gallery is a community facility, managed by Warwick Art Gallery Inc. and funded by Warwick Shire Council.
The Gallery’s aim is to identify, promote and celebrate the community’s artistic and cultural identity and support community-based festivals, exchanges and events, as well as to bring to the community the art and culture of other communities in order to broaden their experiences and appreciation of the artist.
