FORM is an independent cultural organisation which works to enhance Western Australia’s competitiveness and creativity through creative, cultural and social capacity building proects. Guided by CREATIVE CAPITAL , FORM develops and manages projects across the state according to four program areas that aim to stimulate creative, sustainable and connected communities.
