‘Try to limit Warlpiri colours and you’re in trouble…look we’ve got these colours all around us everywhere…these are the colours of our world, you know.’ Paddy Japaljarri Stewart, senior artist, Yuendumu community. EXPLORING COLOUR is an exhibition of fine art sourced from over ten remote art centres and communities exploring the use of colour in Indigenous art.
